1.2 Users must be at least 13 years old to register. However, children under 13 years old may use our services if a parent or legal guardian books lessons on their behalf and provides consent.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Lessons must be booked in advance through our website’s calendar system.

3.2 Payment must be made using [Accepted Payment Methods] before lessons are confirmed.

3.3 Cancellations and rescheduling must follow our cancellation policy (see Section 4).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Lessons canceled at least 24hours in advance are eligible for refund of a credit or rescheduling. 4.2 Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.

4.3 If a tutor cancels a lesson, students may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of a credit.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Users must behave respectfully towards tutors and other users.

5.2 Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in account suspension or termination.

5.3 Lessons may not be recorded, shared, or redistributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We strive to provide quality educational services but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

6.2 Marie Nukaya Learning is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

6.3 In the event of a dispute, our financial liability is limited to the total amount the user has paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We do not share user data with third parties except as required by law or for service functionality.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Unless otherwise stated, all content, materials, and resources available on Marie Nukaya Learning and its service are owned by Marie Nukaya Learning and/or its licensors. All intellectual property rights are protected under applicable laws.

8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8.3 The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Republishing material from Marie Nukaya Learning

• Selling, renting, or sub-licensing content from Marie Nukaya Learning

• Reproducing, duplicating, or copying materials from Marie Nukaya Learning

• Redistributing content from Marie Nukaya Learning without prior written consent

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

9.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in the Netherlands, conducted by an independent arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
