We provide online Japanese lessons with great interaction just like regular lessons!

So in order to participate and enjoy our lessons, you will need:

+ Textbook if applicable ( we will decide about textbook in the trial lesson)

Yes! Just contact us with your information if you need one.

Maximum amount of rescheduling is limited. Please check the expiry date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you have to give notice 24 hours prior to the lesson starting time.
If case of failing to make a notice 24 hours prior to the lesson starting time, the lesson will be counted as done.
10 min late without calls or messages will be counted as No Show and the lesson will be closed.

If you decide to terminate your lessons and will not attend the rest of the prepaid lessons, no refund will be made by Marie Nukaya Learning.
Lesson fee will not be refunded if there’s any technical problems on students’ side. If the technical problem is on our side, fee will be refunded to students.
Marie Nukaya Learning reserves the right to terminate the lessons in the case of unforeseeable circumstances, including;

- Extremely bad audio quality

- Inoperative camera

- Disruption of the Internet services on either side of the lesson

Marie Nukaya Learning reserves the right to cancel any lessons pre-arranged and/or pre-paid in any circumstances, and will refund the students with the remaining amount of the pre-paid lessons that have not been completed.
In any case of refund of any lessons/packages, commission fee of payment service provider (stripe) will be deducted from the amount of refund.
